Who applies
Every adult 18+ who will live in the home must submit their own application. Occupants and pets belong on the form, not in a later surprise.
ID & history
Government photo ID, current address, and landlord or housing references. Honest answers on eviction, bankruptcy, and conviction questions; a yes is not an automatic no.
Lease
12 months is preferred. Six-month, month-to-month, and longer terms are considered.
Household
Smoke-free inside. Pets must be disclosed; approval is case by case. This is a 3-bed, 2-bath single-family home.
Move-in
First month’s rent plus a security deposit, as allowed by California law. There is no application fee.
Fair housing
Equal Housing Opportunity. Lawful source of income, including housing vouchers, is accepted.
